昨年、台北ビエンナーレで行われた実験・即興・ターンテーブリズムイベント「ex-DJ」の第二弾！今回は坂田律子によるオールバイクレコードのDJセットとdj sniff、bonstar、村田直哉による即興DJトリオ！

坂田律子
DJと演奏、なんとなくトロピカルな世界をめざして、速いバイクに乗っているつもり。DJ→mix CD⇨バイクエキゾースト「rev」、カリブベース「mi Dembow」、台湾ムード「台北の夜3」、世界の空間「velamix」幡ヶ谷forestlimitでのディープリスニングパーティ”ideala”レギュラー演奏⇨pagtasでvo.g、fuelphonicでバイクエキゾースト、ほか
dj sniff
ターンテーブルと独自の演奏ツールを組み合わせながら実験的な音楽の分野で活動。これまでにEvan Parker、eRikM、Tarek Atouiなどと共演。主な録音作品は『EP』(PSI、2010年)、『ダウト ミュージックを斬る』(ダウトミュージック、2014年)、『平行的玉音軌』(Discrepant、2022年)など。 また近年は台湾を中心にインスタレーション作品を発表。2014年より大友良英、Yuen Cheewai とアジアンミーティングフェスティバルのコ・ディレクターを務めている。現在はアメリカ、ロサンゼルス在住。
bonstar
解散後は所謂“DJ”とは異なる“ライブパフォーマンス”色を強く押し出した演奏を開始する。ソロライブはもちろん、多くのミュージシャンとも共演。2012年から約8年間、渋谷のBARにて伝説のライブイベント『turntableBURNING』を月一で自主企画し、様々なアーティストとのセッションを重ねる。革新的かつ、独創性溢れるDJスタイルが徐々に注目を集める。曽我部 恵一氏（サニーデイ・サービス）の絶賛を得て、同氏の自主レーベル「ROSE RECORDS」より作品を多数リリース。2017年 HIMO × bonstar × HIROMITCHI YANO 「SUNRISE」のrelease LIVEにて、HIMO、PIGMEN、デラシネ、SUPERDUMB、切腹ピストルズ、MELT-BANANAと共演。同2017年『犬まがい』last live のフロントアクトを務める。常にバンドサウンドに引けを取らない存在感でオーディエンスを魅了し続けている。
村田直哉

Ritsuko Sakata
Sakata plays and DJs as if she is vaguely trying to reach a tropical world or riding a fast motorcycle. She has released numerous mix CDs such as: Motorcycle exotica “rev”, Caribbean bass “mi Dembow”, Taiwanese mood music “Night in Taipei 3” and more. She regularly plays at Hatogaya Forestlimit deep listening party “ideala” and is a member of groups such as pagtas and fuelphonic.
dj sniff
dj sniff is a musician and curator in the field of experimental electronic arts and improvised music. His work builds upon a distinct practice that combines DJing, instrument design, and free improvisation. Over the years, he has collaborated with Evan Parker, Otomo Yoshihide, Koichi Makigami, Jaap Blonk, ErikM, Paul Hubweber, Tarek Atoui, Ken Ueno, and Senyawa. Musical compositions and recordings by dj sniff have been released on various media formats from labels in Lebanon, U.K., France, Germany, Slovakia, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Taiwan, and Japan.
bonstar
In 1994, Bonstar performed as a DJ for The Bontouz at “Check Your Mike,” an event organized by ECD. The group subsequently changed its name to “Aku.” In 2004, they appeared at the first “MOUNT SYSTEM,” organized by THE DEAD PAN SPEAKERS. In 2005, Kazufumi Kododate performed at “Boom Boom Bash” in Shizuoka, Japan. Bonstar also served as the opening act for Kazufumi Kodama’s live performance at “Boom Boom Bash” in Shizuoka, Japan in the same year. Additionally, Bonstar performed at “Contrarede Presents WHY? Live in Japan 2010.” Shortly thereafter, The Bontouz disbanded.
Following the breakup, Bonstar shifted focus to live performances, distinct from traditional DJing. Since 2012, Bonstar has organized the renowned monthly live event “TurntableBURNING” at a bar in Shibuya, collaborating with numerous artists. His innovative and original DJ style has been steadily gaining attention. In 2017, Bonstar performed at the release live event for “SUNRISE” by HIMO × bonstar × HIROMITCHI YANO, sharing the stage with HIMO, PIGMEN, DELASINE, SUPERDUMMY, HIROMITCHI YANO, Seppuku Pistols, and MELT-BANANA. That same year, Bonstar was the opening act for Inumagai’s final live performance, consistently captivating audiences with his commanding presence alongside the band’s sound.
